How we can help you?

Comprehensive assessment and person-centred support planning, including assistance in identifying needs and aspirations and support in formulating a plan to turn those aspirations into achievable goals,.

Self-care skills

Includes dressing, washing, shaving, and toileting.

Household tasks

Includes cooking and meal planning, housework, shopping, laundry, and budgeting.

Social care tasks

Includes support with benefit payments and money, training in the use of public transport, the development of social and recreational activities, and the development of friendships and other supportive relationships.

Educational/vocational development

Includes support in adult education classes and supported employment placements.

Positive behaviour development

Includes the development of more positive behaviours and the corresponding reduction of self-harmful or socially inappropriate behaviours that interfere with satisfactory relationships and the achievement of personal goals.

Medications management

Includes supervision of self-administration of medications, including those prescribed for mental health problems, and monitoring of beneficial and negative side effects.
