Each Wellbeing Hub can help you with health advocacy, debt advice, mental health support, opportunities to volunteer, employment advice, and general information and advice.

City Centre Wellbeing Hub
The City Centre Wellbeing Hub is located at Ernest English House and operated by Improving Lives Plymouth.
ELM Wellbeing Hub
The ELM Wellbeing Hub is located in Estover and operated by the Four Greens Community Trust.
Four Greens Wellbeing and Family Hub
The Four Greens Wellbeing and Family Hub is located in Whitleigh and operated by the Four Greens Community Trust.
Jan Cutting Healthy Living Centre
The Jan Cutting Healthy Living Centre is located in North Prospect and operated by the Wolseley Trust.
Mannamead Wellbeing Hub
The Mannamead Wellbeing Hub is located in Mannamead and operated by Improving Lives Plymouth.
Mount Gould Wellbeing Hub
The Mount Gould Wellbeing Hub is located in Mount Gould and operated by Age UK Plymouth.

What are Wellbeing Hubs?
Plymouth's Wellbeing Hubs have four main aims:
- Ensure fair access to health and wellbeing support
- Improve communities experience of health and care systems
- Support healthier lives through community-based services
- Strengthen community connections
All Wellbeing Hubs offer:
- Social and physical activities
- Befriending
- Opportunities to volunteer
- Welfare, benefits and cost of living advice
- Mental health support
- Signposting and referral service

- Family and parenting provision
- Disability support
- Healthy eating and Food Access initiatives
- Social prescribing
- Veteran support
- Long-term health conditions support
