Who can benefit from elder live-in care?

We offer care-at-home solutions to any older adult who is finding it difficult to manage in their own home. Whether your loved one lives alone, with a partner, or perhaps is living in your home with you, we can provide a tailored package of 24/7 care designed around their particular needs.

Some of our care recipients just require assistance in the home for a couple of weeks, after medical treatment, for example. We can also provide short-term care packages if you are the main carer but need time to yourself to go on holiday, for example.

Many of our clients use our live-in care services as a long-term alternative to residential care, allowing them to remain in the comfort and security of their own homes while receiving assistance with the tasks of daily life.

The majority of elderly people do not relish the thought of entering residential care. Even when a care home is impeccably run, many older people dislike the idea of being grouped together with other people of a similar age. They worry about the loss of their freedom and having to conform to institutional rules. Leaving their home is distressing, as is parting with treasured possessions accumulated over a lifetime.

Remaining in their own homes allows elderly people to continue with a high degree of independent living. Some of our clients have gardens that they have tended for many years, while others have much-loved pets that they don't wish to be parted from.
