Every Man Matters is a men's mental health group where you can share, talk, and gain some comfort that you are not alone and that you do matter.

Our aim is to help men, as men are often overlooked, and this is such an important thing to do.

No notes are taken, no official stuff, just men supporting men and having a coffee or a chat in a non-judgmental setting.

The group meets each Sunday at YMCA Plymouth from 1pm to 3 p.m., but if you can't wait, feel free to post in our Facebook group.
