There's no doubt about it; eating well will help you feel better.
But it's up to you to do it!
Only you can give your body all the nutrients that it needs.
But where do you start?
What nutrients do you need? What foods do you need more of or less of to be well?
There's so much advice and information out there, you're probably feeling totally overwhelmed.
The course will enable you to think about why eating well is important to you and to identify the factors that will personally motivate you to get started and to keep going as you continue your journey to better health.
You will also learn about the links between good nutrition and health and the risks to your health associated with not eating well.
The modules will then go on to cover the range of nourishing food groups and nutrients that we will all benefit from eating more of, along with information on why this is and how to consume enough.
The course is science-based and evidence-based and written in language that's easy to understand.
It is self-directed and presented in small bite-sized chunks so you can easily work through it at your own pace.; the modules are all between 5 and 15 minutes long.
I believe you are worth taking care of. I believe you do deserve to be well. You are deserving of your own love and care. You absolutely deserve to feed yourself well and to flood your body with all the nourishment it needs. Go watch the video first, and then come back and access the course.
You are worth it. You can feel better, and breaking it down into simple steps is the best way forward.
