Livewell Southwest is at the forefront of integrating health and social care.

Livewell Southwest's CAMHS has multidisciplinary teams that offer a high quality service to all children and young people between the ages of 5 - 18 who are experiencing difficulties with their mental health.

We want children and young people in Plymouth to have the best possible start in life, and it matters to us that everyone who needs our help can get it easily, at the right time.

For all parents of young children, aged 0-5, your Health Visitor is usually the main point of contact if you have any concerns or questions about your child's development.

Livewell Southwest's volunteering can be a life changing experience, for you, those we support and our staff. By spending some time chatting with patients, supporting with administrative tasks, helping keep our gardens great or lending a hand with our training courses you'll be making an invaluable contribution to our work if you choose to volunteer with us.

The Livewell Southwest Academy is a social enterprise, committed to developing Health and Social Care Professionals for the future, as well as reinvesting its revenue into local healthcare services.

Part of Livewell Southwest, we offer a free workplace awards programme, free wellbeing champions, and wellbeing training.

Livewest operates 17 social or sheltered housing locations in Plymouth.

Living Options Devon is working across the South West to ensure that people with disabilities and Deaf people (who use British Sign Language) can live the life they choose.

Our free, confidential listening support and advice helpline, for those with a disability, long term health condition or Deaf people who use BSL.
