Wellbeing training

Commissioned by Plymouth City Council to deliver professional and accredited wellbeing training packages to suit all businesses and communities. Training is easily accessible, with the majority being free.

We deliver free workshops via MS Teams with third-party organisations, covering the latest guidance and advice on healthy lifestyles and wellbeing.
