Join us on our 'Blooming Well' programme to improve your health and wellbeing. You'll be immersed in nature, have the opportunity to learn more about gardening and growing your own, take part in activities at your own pace and meet with others who are recovering too. The benefits of gardening are now well established. It improves physical activity levels, boosts self-confidence and sense of wellbeing, decreases levels of stress and anxiety, lifts mood and helps to re-focus attention when overwhelmed. We welcome everyone - those who are new to gardening and those who are more experienced. All materials and refreshments are provided. Please contact the Mustard Tree Cancer Support Centre on 01752 430060 for more information or to book a place or email: annie@bloomingwell.org.uk to find out more about the project.
