Big Sis CIC is a South-West UK-based social enterprise that operates across Plymouth and aims to support young girl's and non-binary children's mental health through programmes in schools and the community. Big Sis also provides upskilling for their immediate support networks: parents, carers, youth leaders, and teachers, to offer improved quality of care.

University Hospitals, Plymouth

University Hospitals provides support, advice, and guidance for carers in Plymouth, including Carers Support Coordinators who offer advice and signposting for unpaid carers who look after a family member/friend in hospital or for carers admitted to hospital who need support for the person they're caring for.
