On Track Floating Support

The On Track Floating Support Service is aimed at enabling vulnerable people over the age of 18 who require housing-related support to access or maintain independent living, specifically those people who are not eligible for client specific services and are not linked to statutory services.

Tailor Made Support

Tailor Made Support (TMS) offers personalised support packages to help you meet your needs. We understand support means different things to different people, which is why we will work with you to design a personally tailored package to directly meet your requirements. We have a team of very experienced, flexible and committed staff who will support you to maintain your independence, make positive choices and enhance your quality of life. Our staff are the public face of our organisation and it's paramount that they take the culture and ethos of Colebrook with them on every support session that they undertake.
