Ahimsa is an integrated domestic abuse service and a longstanding charity that has run for over 28 years in the city of Plymouth.

FearFree offers services throughout the south west and supports people who have experienced abuse.

First Light Plymouth

First Light is a charity for anyone who is experiencing or has experienced domestic abuse or sexual violence.

National Domestic Violence Helpline

The National Domestic Abuse Helpline is a team of highly-trained, female advisers. We won't judge you or tell you what to do; we are here to listen.

Plymouth Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC)

The new Plymouth SARC is located at a safe location in Estover. Plymouth residents can access the full range of SARC services by calling 0300 3034626.

Respect Men's Advice Line

Men's Advice Line is a team of friendly advisors who will listen and believe you. Our team are available to offer you non-judgmental support, practical advice and information. Our focus is to increase the safety of men experiencing domestic abuse (and the safety of any children) by providing confidential support.

Respect Phoneline

Respect Phoneline is a team of friendly advisors who will listen to you without judgment and offer you honest advice to help you stop using violent and abusive behaviours.

SALT (Sexual Abuse Listening Therapy) South West

SALT South West we supports adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse and offers a small number of sessions to 'significant others' (partners, close friends, and supporters).

SignHealth

SignHealth strives to educate, empower, encourage, and protect deaf people from all forms of domestic abuse and sexual violence.

Victim Support

Victim Support is an independent charity dedicated to supporting victims of crime and traumatic incidents. We provide specialist help to support people to cope and move on to the point where they feel they are back on track with their lives.

Women's Aid Federation of England

Women's Aid is the national charity working to end domestic abuse against women and children. As a federation we provide life-saving services across England while building a future where domestic abuse is not tolerated.
