FearFree offers services throughout the south west and supports people who have experienced abuse.

First Light Plymouth

First Light is a charity for anyone who is experiencing or has experienced domestic abuse or sexual violence.

Karma Nirvana

Karma Nirvana were established in 1993 as the first specialist charity for victims and survivors. We are committed to ending Honour Based Abuse in the UK.

National Domestic Violence Helpline

The National Domestic Abuse Helpline is a team of highly-trained, female advisers. We won't judge you or tell you what to do; we are here to listen.

NSPCC Child Protection Helpline

The NSPCC Child Protection Helpline is a free national 24-hour helpline service that provides counselling, information, and advice to anyone concerned about a child at risk of abuse. Members of the public, including parents and other family members, can call in to receive advice and guidance.

Plymouth Domestic Abuse Service (PDAS)

Plymouth Domestic Abuse Services (PDAS) provides practical, non-judgemental support, advice and protection for all victims of domestic abuse. We provide support for individuals and families in the Plymouth area, including confidential advice, one-to-one and group support sessions.

Refuge4Pets - Animal Fostering Service

Refuge4Pets provides a specialist Animal Fostering Service across Devon and Cornwall to victim-survivors of domestic abuse so that they can leave with their much-loved animals.

Respect Men's Advice Line

Men's Advice Line is a team of friendly advisors who will listen and believe you. Our team are available to offer you non-judgmental support, practical advice and information.
