Burtons House - Sheltered Housing

Our home has two one-bedroom flats on the first floor, seven bedsit-style rooms, one bedsit room with a separate bathroom, and one two-bedroom separate barn. 

Completing our home is a wonderful conservatory, lounge, and dining room, which residents enjoy using to catch up with one another and take part in activities. We also have a lovely garden, in which residents take an active role in maintaining and growing their own fruit and vegetables.

We are located within walking distance of Broadway, which has a number of shops, a post office, hairdressers, chemists, banks, and supermarkets. There are excellent bus links to Plymouth city centre, which is about 15-20 minutes away and offers residents the best of coastal living. For those who prefer the countryside, we are a short drive/bus ride away from Dartmoor National Park.
