We make it our standard practice for a member of our management team to visit each service user before commencing the service. This is in order for us to understand the individual situation and then provide the most suitable package accordingly.

Positive Steps Care and Support Ltd. provides experienced staff with the individual's personality, personal interests, aspirations, and well-being in mind.

This is achieved initially by a service user assessment and working with the individual to capture and document their person-centred support plan, ensuring a standard of excellence that embraces the fundamental principles of commendable care and support.

This is witnessed and evaluated through the practice, conduct, and control of quality care and support within these environments.

Positive Steps Care and Support Limited offers highly trained, experienced staff to help organisations in their times of need.

Our experienced team will listen to your requirements and endeavour to match the staff to the shift required to compliment your already existing team.

Once you have put through your request for agency staff, our team will start identifying available support staff immediately and aim to cover it within 15 minutes of your initial call. We will keep you up-to-date every step of the way, reassuring you that until we have covered your outstanding shift, we will not rest.

We are confident that you will be incredibly happy with the support from the office team. Building good, positive working relationships and knowing your request at your time of need is always a priority to us.

Our support staff are experienced, motivated, and will always go the extra mile to help and fit in as one of your regular staff. You can be confident they are all DBS-checked and cross-referenced with a minimum of two professional references.
