Using regular, reliable and flexible visits to the homes of adults needing care or support, our service packages are tailored individually in order to meet the needs of each of our Service Users. The duration of each visit can be from half hour upwards and can be arranged for once a day, several visits a day, once a week or whenever required.

Regular Care Assistants are provided to ensure continuity of care and a friendly face at every visit.

We provide all aspects of personal care including assistance with personal hygiene, incontinence care, dressing, meal preparation, nutritional needs and medication.

We also provide domestic care including household duties, cleaning, laundry, shopping, pension and prescription collection.

We can provide enabling services to help people regain their independence outside the home. Our Care Assistants can take individuals to appointments, enable them to do their own shopping and be taken out on social trips. We also provide a befriending service to people who feel isolated and would just like some company at home.

For individuals providing care to a family member or friend, we understand this can at times be difficult. We can provide a sitting service to enable time and personal space whilst being rest assured your loved one is being cared for at home safe and sound.
