Livewell Southwest
Livewell Southwest provides health and social care services for people across Plymouth, the South Hams, and West Devon. Occupational and speech therapists treat individuals by assessing and working on functional ability, providing education for patients or carers, modifying ways of doing tasks, supplying equipment, recommending environmental modification, and organising services required to enable the patient to function as independently as possible within their own home. AskSARA is an online self-help guide providing expert advice and information on products and equipment for older and disabled adults and children. AskSARA will produce a personalised report, providing clear, tailored advice written by experts on ways to help with daily activities.
