Free Telephone and Online Support Service

Do you ever have feelings of isolation or loneliness? Depression or anxiety? You might want someone to talk to or interact with, share your stories or hobbies, or meet new people. Time to Talk's friendly team is ready to listen to you, and our chat and share groups are a great way to meet new people and make new connections.

Webcam Service

We provide a video chat service (webcam) if you would prefer to talk to us that way.  For deaf people, the webcam service is provided by people who are fluent in BSL.  The webcam service is available through Facebook Messenger, FaceTime, and Skype, or you can text the team 0785 642 6940  or email time2talk@livingoptions.org

Our chat and share groups take place every Monday evening (except bank holidays) from 7.30 to 8.30 pm via Zoom (group video chat); contact us if you would like to attend one.  We also run a monthly chat and share for deaf people who use BSL.
