Livewell Southwest - Health Visiting

For all parents of young children, aged 0-5, your Health Visitor is usually the main point of contact if you have any concerns or questions about your child's development.

Livewell Southwest's volunteering can be a life changing experience, for you, those we support and our staff. By spending some time chatting with patients, supporting with administrative tasks, helping keep our gardens great or lending a hand with our training courses you'll be making an invaluable contribution to our work if you choose to volunteer with us.

Looked After Child and Youth Offending Team - Livewell Southwest

The CAMHS Looked After Children team is for children and young people aged 0 - 19 years who are looked after by the Plymouth City Council.

Mental Health Liaison Team for Older People - Livewell Southwest

This specialist team provides mental health support, assessment and care planning advice to all areas of Derriford hospital in respect of older adults who may be experiencing a change in their mental state or who have existing mental health needs which require ongoing support whilst they are in hospital.

The Plym Neuro Rehab Unit is a 15 bedded inpatient neurological rehabilitation unit for adults aged 16 years and over. Our client group includes those who have suffered an acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury and other neurological conditions.
