About me and my therapy practice

I have used formal therapy techniques to assist people since the 1970s, beginning private counselling practice in 2009 following a career in HR/training, management and consultancy. I am qualified as a Psychotherapist with additional training in relationship counselling, supporting young people, bereavement counselling, trauma and dealing with abuse. Since early 2013 I have also worked as a Supervisor. With over 30 years experience in management and consultancy, I also offer support to clients who are experiencing work-related difficulties, or who may simply benefit from the opportunity to reflect on career issues, in confidence. More details (including fee rates) can be found on my web page.
