Anna Batey Counselling

Hello, my name is Anna Batey, and I'm a qualified and experienced counsellor working in Plymouth, offering face-to-face, telephone, and video counselling sessions. I offer a safe, confidential, and welcoming space where you will be met with warmth and respect.

People come to counselling for many different reasons, and in most cases, there are a variety of different factors that combine to make life difficult and challenging. I've worked with lots of people who have brought up many different issues. These include anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, low self-esteem, relationship problems, and general sadness.

In addition, we can now offer EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing).

I have particular experience working with pregnancy-related issues.
