Our aim is to increase housing options to meet individual needs in locations of choice across Devon, Plymouth, and Cornwall. Alongside managing our own housing stock, we work closely with the private rental sector to secure suitable homes for our vulnerable customers, working in conjunction with local support providers to enhance independence and quality of life.

Our range of tenancy support services is adapted and made accessible to all, regardless of need, promoting a personalised, customer-focused service. We strive to continuously improve and develop the organisation through tenant participation and involvement, shaping the future through the voices of our tenants.
