Therapy Team - Livewell Southwest

The Livewell Southwest therapy team provides therapy for adults in a community, rather than clinical, setting. People who use this service will be seen at their home (or care setting) where therapy is considered to be more effective in those settings, or if it supports that person overcome mobility issues.
