We run a weekday Personal and Social Development programme that incorporates a wide range of independent living skills-based activities, cookery sessions, art & enterprise, and health and fitness opportunities.
We work closely with local SEN schools and colleges to facilitate effective transitional support for those leaving education or for those requiring support alongside college placements.
Please check out our Connected Facebook page for regular blogs and other information.
eLIVEate also specialises in designing individually tailored support, enabling people to live as independently as possible within their own homes and communities. This may involve setting up an individual pathway for people wishing to live on their own or with needs that require specific housing and support solutions, or shared housing opportunities for those wishing to live with others.
We support the use of direct payments, personal health budgets, and individual service funds (ISF's), as we believe this provides greater choice and control for the person and creates a more flexible, responsive, and effective means of support.
