Neurodiverse Plymouth Employers Network (NPEN)

The Neurodiverse Plymouth Employers Network (NPEN) is a coalition of organisations working to expand paid employment opportunities and promote understanding of neurodiversity in Plymouth.

Our vision is to empower neurodiverse individuals in the workforce, enabling them to reach their full potential, embrace their unique strengths, and inspire future generations.

We're working to:

• Create a clear plan and shared vision for the network's future.
• Build a strong network identity and welcome new members to join us.
• Make sure everyone knows what it means to be part of the NPEN family.
• Share our message across Plymouth through talks and school visits.
• Talk to important figures like MPs and the mayor to raise awareness and drive change.
