Work Clubs
What is a Work Club?
Work Clubs provide unemployed people with a place to meet, exchange skills, share experiences, find opportunities, make contacts, and get support to help them in their return to work. No two Work Clubs are the same as they reflect the needs of the members and their community.
What help is available at a Work Club?
Work Clubs will give you:
- Access to equipment with IT.
- Practical advice and support to help you in your return to work
- Help with searching for a job
- Internet access
- CV building
- Interview techniques
- Help in completing application forms
- Access to vocational training and other education opportunities
