Pasley Street is situated in the popular residential area of Stoke in Plymouth. The house is near amenities including Stoke Village shopping area, Devonport & Central Parks, the Torpoint Ferry and bus routes serving the city, and Derriford Hospital. This house provides accommodations for male adults only.

Sutherland Road

Sutherland Road is situated within the busy community of Mutley/North Hill. There are plenty of local facilities and bus routes, and it is a short walk to the City Centre, University of Plymouth, and train station. This house provides short-term accommodation (maximum 2 years). Fully furnished rooms, including a double kitchen.

Belgrave Road

Belgrave Road is situated within the busy community of Mutley Plain. There are plenty of local facilities on the main bus route, and it is a short walk to the City Centre/University of Plymouth. We have two properties available in this popular location, all with fully furnished rooms.

Chaddlewood Avenue

Chaddlewood is situated within the quiet area of St. Judes. This is a short walk to the city centre.

Church House

Church House is situated in Ham, a residential area of Plymouth. The property is co-located with Morice Baptist Church and Crossroads. This house is suited for longer-term accommodation.

Alma Road

Alma Road is within walking distance of Plymouth City Centre. There are plenty of local facilities; it is on the main bus route and close to Plymouth Station and the University. All rooms are fully furnished.

Gordon Terrace

Gordon Terrace in the Mutley area is well placed for the City Centre. There are plenty of local facilities; it is close to Mutley Plain, bus routes, and the university. All rooms are fully furnished.

Ford Park Road

Ford Park Road is in the Mutley area and well placed for the City Centre. There are plenty of local facilities; it is close to Mutley Plain and bus routes, as well as the university. All rooms are fully furnished.

North Road East

North Road East is in the Mutley area and well placed for the City Centre. There are plenty of local facilities; it is close to Mutley Plain and bus routes, as well as the university. All rooms are fully furnished.

The supported accommodation team can offer:

  • Budgeting, debt and money support
  • Accessing work, volunteering, training and education
  • Support with weekly structure such as leisure activities and support groups
  • Managing day-to-day tasks such as cooking, cleaning, transport, etc
  • Access to religious or cultural organisations and services
  • Managing social activities and relationships
  • Managing both mental and physical health needs

Support is delivered via agreed-upon support plans to enable you to achieve your goals through a stepped approach.

In addition, we will offer guidance and signpost you to other services that can help you meet any support needs that we are unable to meet.

We also offer:

  • Opportunities to build your confidence and make choices about your future.
  • Opportunities to have a say and get involved in:
  • Your project regarding budgets, house meetings, communal activities, etc.
  • Your community: information about local groups, events and other organisations
  • Colebrook as a whole-newsletter contributions, staff recruitment, management committee, etc.
  • Support to help you move on to permanent accommodation.

Our rates are competitive; please ring for hourly, sleep-in, and waking-night rates. To access this service, clients will need to have funding in place for support.
