Tamar House

Built in 1987, this two-story building is conveniently located in Derriford, close to the hospital, transport routes, and other amenities.

Tamar House provides a caring home for 28 residents who all enjoy their own private rooms. The vast majority of rooms have private en-suite toilet facilities, with bathing, showering, and further toilet facilities conveniently located on each floor. There are a number of comfortable communal areas for residents and a welcoming dining room on the ground floor. Tamar House is fully accessible to service users with physical disabilities with a lift and a stair lift between floors.

Tamar House Care Home has undertaken the St. Luke's Six Steps programme and is an accredited end-of-life care provider.
