We offer free and confidential sexual health advice and services for young people under the age of 25. All young people, regardless of age, gender, or sexual orientation, are welcome. 

We are here to help, not judge.

You can come on your own or with a friend, and you do not always need an appointment. Our friendly receptionists, counsellors, nurses, and doctors are all here because they want to help you.

• Contraception, both emergency and planned
• Pregnancy Testing
• Screening for infections
• Termination referrals
• Disabled access
• Interpreting service

We also run sexual health clinics in various locations, including Torpoint, near Plymouth. These are led by doctors or nurses with some counsellors and offer 1:1 work with young fathers (sometimes as young as 13) and 1:1 early intervention work with young people whose sexual behaviour is putting them at risk.

We currently do not offer any services in Plymouth, but Brook is in the process of widening its services. However, if someone from Plymouth attended the clinic in Torpoint, we would see them without prejudice and free of charge. 

We also offer group work with schools and colleges regarding safe and enjoyable relationships and sexual activity.
