Higher Development Award with City College PlymouthHigher Development Award- Unlocking potential & being the best you can be The award aims to build on the expansive knowledge support staff already hold, give further tools to increase awareness and improve service user outcomes.
The fully funded Higher Development Award is made up of three parts. Completing studies and achieving an award, opportunity to take functional skills and take part in a service improvement project. It can be delivered face to face or online.
