SEND Youth Group @ City College
The Community Youth Team and City College Plymouth have collaborated to offer SEND young people in our city a safe, welcoming environment in which they can engage with youth workers and like-minded young people.
This programme aims to build confidence, resilience, and reduce isolation and loneliness by creating an inclusive and supportive space where SEND young people have someone to talk to and can socialise, develop essential life skills, and feel valued and respected in their community.
Youth Workers act as a bridge between young people seeking employment, education, and training (SEET), empowering them to access further education at City College.
Young people can access a variety of activities, such as a pool table, games consoles, and arts and crafts, with support, guidance, and information from our qualified youth workers.
