S.E.E.D.S

Community Youth Event - SEEDS Promotional Image

We are currently renovating the building where this S.E.E.D.S Session usually takes place.

Therefore, sessions will be temporarily relocated to Efford Library, 19 Torridge Way, Plymouth, PL3 6JQ.

Please do not attend the Efford Youth and Community Centre.

Try out new skills such as photography, coding, and music in a fun and informal youth group.

S.E.E.D.S, (SEND Exploring and Developing Digital Skills) is a project to enhance digital skills and create positive outcomes for SEND young people.

It provides a relaxed and welcoming environment where young people can have fun exploring digital opportunities of their choice and at their pace.

Supported by qualified, digitally passionate youth workers, the project aims to build confidence and equip participants with valuable digital tools for the future.

Digital opportunities might include basic IT skills, photography, animation, coding and programming, creating music, and 3D printing.

This is a great project for young people to develop their digital and life skills, empowering them to explore opportunities for further education and employment and blossom in the digital world.

The group also explores internet safety awareness and online etiquette, as well as providing opportunities for working towards digital badges that can be added to a CV.
