Association of Breastfeeding Mothers

The ABM provides breastfeeding counselling and information to mothers, parents, families and health professionals. Peer supporter and counsellor training. Members receive a magazine.

We don't have a local service in the Plymouth area but our helpline is available throughout the UK.

The Helpline number is 0300 330 5453 (open every day from 9.30am-10.30pm) and the office number is 08444 122 948 (open during general office hours).

Our counsellors provide breastfeeding information and support via the helpline or by email. There is no charge for our breastfeeding support. We also train peer supporters and breastfeeding counsellors.
