Our aims

  • To support families of hearing-impaired children by providing a forum to talk about all aspects of hearing loss.
  • To promote social activities for families of hearing-impaired children. Thus reducing the isolation of deaf children.
  • The society aims to meet regularly and is always very keen to welcome new members with any degree of hearing loss.  We pride ourselves on offering a warm welcome to the group, including making a home visit to break the ice (whenever requested)
  • We organise various events, aiming to cater to all our age groups; any ideas or suggestions are welcomed by the committee.
