Countryside Mobility South West
The Countryside Mobility Scheme is working to improve access to the countryside for people with limited mobility living in and visiting the South West region.
All-terrain mobility scooters are available for hire at 40 locations across Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Gloucestershire and Somerset taking in some of the South West's most scenic locations.

The scheme is managed by Living Options Devon (LOD), a charitable organisation that exists to ensure people with disabilities and deaf people can make an active and equal contribution to society.
Explore the South West with freedom and ease. Access areas that may have been difficult or impossible in the past and experience everything that being outdoors can offer.
Countryside Mobility provides safe, enjoyable access to the South West's most scenic locations for anyone who has difficulty walking through an off-road mobility scooter hire scheme.
We're also partnering with other parts of the UK to help them offer the same opportunities to improve access to the countryside.
