To make life easier, the Carelink Alarm can be installed by you or a person of your choice in just a few minutes. There is no need for an installation engineer to come to your home. 

You can be set up and covered by our 24/7 monitoring team within 24 hours of making your alarm order. Your alarm will arrive pre-programmed and will be sent with free, next-day delivery.

Once your alarm arrives, it needs to be plugged into your telephone line and a power socket. Connect your telephone to the back of the base unit with the adaptor provided, and push the red button to test your new alarm.
