We offer 40 fully accessible one- and two-bedroom flats. Care packages are available that are tailored to meet your care needs, along with our emergency lifeline system.

The scheme has a programme of group social activities and is situated near Ernesettle, in the popular city of Plymouth, situated in Devon, where there is plenty to do and see.

River View Court is a short walk from local amenities, which include nearby shops, pubs, and good public transport links, including bus and train routes.

There are a number of GP surgeries in and around Ernesettle for you to choose from, and our team will be happy to help you register with one.

River View Court benefits from a range of communal areas for you to relax in, including several communal areas. River View has an on-site kitchen where meals can be bought five days a week. There is also a hair salon for both internal and external customers and communal laundry. 

There's parking available for you and your visitors, and there's a twin-bed guest room where friends and family can stay overnight.

• Each flat has emergency pull cords and residents have access to an emergency pendant that notifies our site care team and emergency response centre through the emergency lifeline system
