Our main Sunday service is Morning Praise at 10.30am, where the whole church family can come together to worship God. During the service, we have an Energize Group in the hall for children and young people. We also have a Cafe Church on the first Sunday of each month.

We also have a wide range of activities throughout the week. These include tea and coffee mornings, opportunities to explore the Christian faith, Plymouth Argyle Community Trust Mums Stay & Play Fitness Sessions, Kintsugi Hope Wellbeing Group, and an annual Kids Matter group each autumn. We have a Knitting Group every Wednesday afternoon, and our Route 3:16 Chaucer Way Community Bus is in service every Friday from 10am to 1.00pm in Congreve Gardens, near the shops.

We have close relationships with our local Primary and Secondary Schools. Our dedicated team visits these local schools to teach RE lessons, lead assemblies, organise church visits and encourage engagement with our community outreach events, as well as offering mentoring support with our 'Pass the Baton' scheme (students mentoring local school children).

Details of all activities are detailed throughout our website, and you can also follow regular updates on Facebook.

Social activities

We offer community-based activities and services that support the practical, social and emotional needs of people living in the Pennycross areas of Plymouth.

Cafes

We have two cafés, both open from 10 am to 12 noon. The Monday morning Community Café offers light breakfast options, such as toast and jam, along with hot drinks. Once a month, we feature a special menu, including items like breakfast baps and eggs Benedict. It's a fantastic way to start the week.

On Wednesdays, we host TLC Café (Tea with Lots of Cake) from 10 am to 12 noon, alongside our community food larder. It's a wonderful opportunity to enjoy a free cake and cup of tea while connecting with a friendly group of people who are eager to listen and chat. Young children are welcome, and we provide toddler toys and colouring activities to keep them entertained while you relax.

St Pancras Knitters

St Pancras Knitters meet in the church lounge every Wednesday from 1.30pm to 4pm. We knit blankets, beanie hats and hand warmers to support Knit-a-Square (KAS) providing warmth and love for orphaned and vulnerable 'Street Children' in South Africa. New members are welcome.

Mums Stay & Play

These sessions run every Wednesday, from 9.30am to 11.30am. If your goal is to get fit while having fun, this is an opportunity to get active while your little ones are looked after and entertained. If you would like to come along, please contact us.

Kintsugi helped me navigate a dark and difficult time in my life and overcome fear anxiety and depression which had troubled me for a long time. It has been wonderful to be part of such a kind community of other people who understand. learned a lot about the importance of self-care, managing mg 'stress bucket', as well as the science behind why our brains react in certain ways and what I can do about it. A really helpful and thought-provoking course. - Local participant
