We support over 10,000 adults and children every year to not only keep them safe but also help them to rebuild their lives free from fear and abuse.

Our support is tailored to the person's needs and experiences, and we help them right from crisis intervention through 1-1 or group work recovery sessions to specialised employment and education programmes.

We know abuse has no bounds, and all of our services are completely free of charge and open to all genders, sexualities, backgrounds, and beliefs.

How we can help you

• Domestic abuse: Often people struggle to understand if what they are experiencing is actually abuse. 1 in 4 people experience domestic abuse in their lifetime, so you are not alone. Find out more about our domestic abuse support.
• Stalking and harassment: Repeated patterns of behaviour that cause a person to feel frightened, nervous, or in danger. Find out more about our stalking support.
• Sexual violence: Any sexual activity that happened without your consent. Sexual violence can take many forms, including sexual assault, rape, dating violence, domestic violence, and sexual harassment. Find out more about our sexual violence support.

Who we can help

• Any individual who has experienced current or historic domestic abuse or sexual violence.
• Any individual who has caused harm through domestic abuse who recognises the impact of their behaviours.
• Any young person 15+ who is not in education, training, or employment and has experienced domestic abuse in the household. 
• Anyone living in Devon, including Torbay and Plymouth, can access support. The programme is also open to individuals who are currently working who want to explore other options and receive bespoke support.

Every individual will be allocated a support worker who will walk them through their journey. The programme is not time constrained. We will continue to offer a package of in-work support if and when customers make the transition.
