Respect Phoneline is a safe place to reach out if you're experiencing any of the following:
- Concerns about your behaviour: If you are worried that you're engaging in violent, controlling, or abusive behaviours towards your partner.
- Seeking support for an abuser: If you are a friend, family member, or frontline worker looking for information and support on how to assist someone who is using harmful behaviours.
- Looking for Resources: You need assistance in locating resources to help change your behaviour.
