Sexuality and relationships
Friendships and relationships are an important part of everyone's life, including people with learning disabilities.
If you have a learning disability, or if you know someone who does, then Mencap can help you find the right advice and support about sexuality and relationships.
We know this can sometimes be an awkward thing to talk about.
But people with a learning disability have the same rights as anyone else to express their sexuality and have personal and sexual relationships if they want to.
