Why your feedback matters
We want to make sure we are doing a good job of supporting children and young people with special educational needs or disabilities, their families, and professionals. To do that, we need to know what you think about our services and support.
Throughout the year, we organise various events and activities that allow us to gather feedback on how we can improve our Local Offer.
By sharing your experiences, concerns, and suggestions, you help us understand what is working well and what needs improvement.

Plymouth's Local Offer is organised into four main categories covering the following age ranges:
- Early years (0 to 5 years old)
- Primary (5 to 11 years old)
- Secondary (11 to 18 years old)
- Preparing for adulthood
