Our care home has been designed with the usual comforts you'd expect, such as welcoming lounges, light and airy dining rooms, a beautiful garden, and cosy bedrooms, which provide a warm place for our residents to rest and relax.
However, it's the small personal touches and our friendly team, who care for our residents as if they were members of their own family, that make Ivydene a true home from home.
We welcome visits from family and friends and have an open-door policy, so whether loved ones like to pop in for a coffee or take part in an activity, we encourage them to become part of the community within our home.
We hold meetings for residents and relatives, enabling our residents and their loved ones to be directly involved in everyday life at Ivydene.
We are committed to ensuring our residents, who chose Sanctuary Care to support them in their later years, are able to live happy and content lives full of wonderful experiences and memories.
Whatever type of help it is that you or your loved one needs, you can rest assured that our highly trained team will provide the best care and support in an environment tailored to suit our residents who make it their home.
We're stringently regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), an independent regulator of health and social care in England. All of our care homes are inspected regularly to ensure our high standards of personalised care and support are maintained.
