How we can help you
Support for Social Activities
If you are able to live independently at home but find going out is proving to be more difficult, then we can offer you support to help you attend days out and regain some social freedom.
Mealtime Support
Good nutrition is important, but it can get increasingly difficult to produce healthy, regular meals. Our care workers can visit you at mealtimes to help prepare you a good meal and any snacks you might need throughout the day.
Personal Care
If you need support with personal care such as washing and dressing and using the toilet, we can offer a respectful service, maintaining your dignity at all times.
Household Tasks
We can help you with your daily household tasks, from housework such as washing and ironing to cooking and cleaning.
Assistance with benefits and bills
It can be difficult at the best of times to understand benefits and bills, but this gets increasingly difficult as we get older and things change. We can help you identify what assistance you may be entitled to and help you manage your bills and your money.
Night Time Care
Night time can be a particularly daunting time if you are unwell or have a disability. Taking medications and going to the toilet can seem like a bigger task at night time so our care workers can be there to support you throughout the night giving you peace of mind.
