The house, a detached property, is set on its own extensive grounds with a large, landscaped garden to the rear of the building. It is located in the Plympton suburb of Plymouth, close to shops, services, and public transport routes. The city of Plymouth, the coast, and the moors are all in close proximity.
The house comprises four bedrooms, a large kitchen/dining room, a lounge with a large conservatory attached to it, bathrooms, toilets, and a laundry room. All areas of the ground floor, including a bathroom, are accessible by wheelchair. The ground-floor bathroom has been specifically constructed to provide care for people with a physical disability, including a hydrotherapy bath with an overhead hoist.
All four bedrooms are all personalised, taking into account the service users' specific needs, and are decorated to their individual tastes. Specialist equipment is provided to meet the specific needs of service users.
