Livewell Southwest helps the people of Plymouth to be physically and mentally well, to get better when they are ill and to remain as independent as they can to the end of their lives. In essence, our vision is to support people to be safe, well, and at home.

Podiatry Service - Livewell Southwest
Podiatry is the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of health problems affecting the foot and lower limb. The Podiatry Services of Livewell Southwest offer specialist assessments and interventions for patients with a foot or related lower limb medical and general health problems, on behalf of the NHS
Prosthetics Rehabilitation Service- Livewell Southwest
External prosthetic devices (upper and lower limbs) for amputees and limb deficient people
Public Health Nursing - School Nursing - Livewell Southwest
The School Nursing Service delivers the Universal Healthy Child Programme 5 - 19 citywide to improve health outcomes for the school aged population.
Therapy Team - Livewell Southwest
The Livewell Southwest therapy team provides therapy for adults in a community, rather than clinical, setting. People who use this service will be seen at their home (or care setting) where therapy is considered to be more effective in those settings, or if it supports that person overcome mobility issues.
Weight Management Service - Livewell Southwest
Maintaining a healthy weight is one of the ways to support our overall health and well-being, but it doesn't always feel easy. Livewell Southwest has a team of specialists who provide free advice and support to local people about how to improve their diet and achieve a healthy weight for them.
