Mental Health in Schools Support Team (MHST) - Livewell Southwest
The MHST team offers a range of support to schools in Plymouth for children who are experiencing low to moderate feelings of anxiety, phobia, or low mood between the ages of 5 years and 17 years old.

Our team has a 'padlet' that offers information on all of the interventions, groups and workshops we run. You can also refer young people for intervention with our team here, as well as finding a range of useful websites, articles and signposting to other services that support the wellbeing of young people and their families.
