 Adfam is a national organisation working with families affected by drugs and alcohol and is a leading agency in substance-related family work.

We provide a range of publications and resources for families and professionals to ensure you know where help and support is available.

On our website you can find local support groups via our map of family support groups . 

We also offer to train professionals in Plymouth working with children or young people and families of drug or alcohol users if they commission us. The training costs vary. Some can be accessed by commissioners, drug and alcohol organisations, family members and practitioners that work with family members affected by someone else's drug or alcohol use.

Furthermore, we have free publications for children whose parents or siblings use alcohol or drugs. They just have to contact us (or someone contact us on their behalf).
