Little Deers Pre-School

We are located in the Beckly Centre, Mayers Way, and are lucky enough to be on the edge of Radford Woods, where we enjoy taking the children on daily walks.

Our preschool strives to maintain a friendly atmosphere where children can thrive in a safe and caring setting, stimulated by play with other children and appropriate activities under the guidance of trained and experienced staff. Children are able to learn, play, and socialise with other children, but most of all, they have fun while they do all this.

An example of a daily routine

• 9 am Arrival/Free Play/Key person time/Planned Craft (Table top Settling in activities/activity baskets/Tuff spot/Painting/help-Yourself-craft/play dough in Creation Station)
• 9.15 am Blast
• 9.45 am Group Snack
• 10 am Free Play
• 10.45 am Nappies changed
• 11 am whole pre-school comes together

Free Flow outside

• 11.50 am Songs/rhymes/ring games/stories
• 12 noon Home time/Lunch
• 1 pm home time
• 1.15 pm Woodland Walk
• 2.30 pm Hand wash/snack
• 3 pm Home time
