We provide an enriching curriculum and a positive atmosphere that engages children in learning and develops them as individuals and as responsible citizens.

We are always trying to improve what we offer your children, and we have recently received our Silver Healthy Child Quality Mark (HCQM) to go with our International Schools Award. We have recently raised money for Children in Need through a joint concert with our local schools and a community choir. In addition, we have been working with community groups to reduce the plastic levels at our local beaches.

We are part of the Learning Academies Trust and work closely with the local schools of Salisbury Road School and Mount Street Primary, along with 6 other schools in the city. We believe that this collaboration makes all of our schools better as we share good ideas and excellent practices. The Plymouth Teachers & Schools Alliance is also part of our trust and works with schools across the city.

We have a breakfast club that opens at 7.50 am . We offer a wide variety of free clubs after school that finish at 4.10 pm, and there is also a paid after-school club that closes at 5.45 pm for parents who have work or other commitments.

Children and young people with SEN all have learning difficulties or disabilities that make it harder for them to learn than most children and young people of the same age. These children and young people may need extra or different help from that given to others.

Many children and young people will have SEN of some kind at some time during their education. Early years providers (for example, nurseries or childminders), mainstream schools, colleges and other organisations can help most children and young people succeed with some changes to their practice or additional support. But some children and young people will need extra help for some or all of their time in education and training.

Plymouth uses an orange 'Local Offer icon' to show services that define themselves as suitable for children and young people with SEND. These are part of Plymouth's SEND Local Offer. We recommend that you contact the service provider to make sure the service is suitable for your child or young person.
