The Memory Matters courses take place from 10am-12pm and include CST and a Living Well session. This helps you explore how to live well with a diagnosis of dementia with support. It covers:

  • nutrition
  • memory prompts
  • legal matters
  • future planning
  • safety, etc

Once you have completed the 15 weeks, you will be offered a place on FREE maintenance sessions that are designed to keep up the thinking skills and keep you connected with your peers. These sessions run at least once a month. 

Memory Matters Day Club

A full day including a shared lunch in the Moments Cafe in Plymouth and at the Priory Bungalow in Bodmin.  The clubs are self-funded so there is a fee to attend. They are suitable for anyone with a diagnosis of mild to moderate dementia who is independent with self-care.

The club includes

  • a gentle warm-up
  • main topic
  • lunch
  • physical exercise
  • afternoon activity
  • tea/coffee break
